So.. here's a take.. 6-7? on this texturing business :p
This is WoW Fel-Reaver inspired naga automaton that the Coilfang tribe has built to make ally and horde raiding of their reservoir dungeons all the more difficult :p

This is as close as i could get to the Fel-Reaver design on a naga mesh. and.. yeah, i know it has the Illidari signs on the back, but i couldn't really find the Coilfang ones S:

anyway.. hope ya like it and give credit to Misha :p

PS: if you use, put the "does not decay" and "mechanical" options to the unit in WE object editor (or so..) so you don't have the silly skeleton after this thingie dies :p

Try to get the connection better. Also the rest of skin could use a bit more definition and shading, aswell as contrast in order to get approved.

Set to "Needs Fix" in consensus for the meantime.

Neat, the green is odd at first, but I've gotten used to it now, especially the "leaves" around the weapon, looks cool :p
I just don't like the grass coming out of its back.

The metalic parts are ok, what with the crisp edges and decent shading and coloration. The green bits make it look touched up by MS paint though (I thought the fines were supposed to be fuel drops spurting out at first). As is the bright green parts need a lot of work, if they're supposed to be glowing add a little white in the center and darken the metal right around them a bit. I'd also recommend just getting rid of the fins on the side of the head. The chain on the weapon seems a bit on the flimsy side as well, you should make that a little thicker, or add some backing behind it. I'd also recommend dulling down the green on the chain considerably, making more a standard metalic color or at least a fel-metal alloy.

Cool to see you releasing some skin btw ;)
 
..now i'm really gonna report the next simpleton that suggests something without actually reading the description ><
i cannot change anything now, as it would screw up the details. do you get it? the pic is now small and any edit will look unprofessional and blurry

and i couldn't care less if you mods reject this skin... wouldn't be the first time.. >_>

you Chrome are excluded from this vent, but i really dunno if i can do anything. i wanted to include a few white details to turn the green thingies into crystalline green structure, but.. this now can only be tweaked by a pixel artist, and i am certainly not one.

Looks pretty badass. A bit plain perhaps, but pretty neat nontheless. My only concern is the highlights. It looks like there is more than one lightsource. This could be fixed by moving the highlights to the borders of the stomach plates instead of in the middle of them.

The mod line-up changed significantly when there was all those people banned from the site not to long ago, there isn't that many Mods anymore, and I think most of them are in charge of a range of areas rather than just one spot.

You should probably poke one of them to get this resource approved or rejected though XD

Good concept and shiny metal effects but i think you should change the "fel-core-thingie" cuz it kinda looks like grass.
And what about you make the green things on the edge of his weapon rotate like a chainsaw (just an idea)
