[Trigger] Cluster Rockets-like spell with freeze-effect.

I need a spell to my map that works a bit like Cluster Rockets but I want it to be channeled for 5 seconds and also freeze the damaged enemies in place for 1 second and they should not be able to do anything while freezed. When the spell is canceled or channeled for 5 seconds, the damaging missiles should stop immediately. I have no idéa how to make this spell myself so a little help would be nice, pls...
