Clicking on starting the custom campaign doesn't start it

I finally started adding maps to my campaign yet when I try to start the campaign it attempts to load it then gives up. When I changed the starting map into the sub map, it did load, which would have me suspect that it doesn't like a 17 MB map. HOWEVER, this map loaded every time during my testing while it was a standalone map, so either there's a size limit that only applies to campaigns or there's something fishy here. I'm on 1.26.

Edit: I deleted some sound files which took up a great deal of space (I have them in the campaign's import files anyway) and the campaign did start this time. So, I'm a bit confused. The map starts on its own and my game has no problem running even a fancy 91 MB custom campaign. Anyone knows the deal with this?

When you say you deleted some sound files--did you delete them from the map imports or did you delete them from the campaign imports? (or both?)

It's definitely possible for problematic imports to prevent the campaign/map from loading properly in wc3. It's tedious, but I recommend making a back-up and adding the imports back in batches to see if you can isolate which files are problematic and which aren't. It's hard for us to tell without having the map--but I don't believe it is related to the file size (I don't recall there being a strict limit for single-player maps/campaigns even in 1.26).

Map import. Because I already placed whatever I could in the campaign import. But it's weird that it could start when I did it. I've heard about map size limits in 1.26 but I think those issues prevent even seeing the map and the fact it loaded as a standalone map is even more confusing.
