So I tried to look for a certain trigger that when a hero walks into the region a message pops out what is the trigger called and oh I tried to find it but could not please help!

Are you using an Editor that is in a language you can read?
Did you read past the first line of anything?
Do you understand what a drop-down box is?

Seriously, toofless is right... before posting anything here, at least try to do anything.
When a unit enters a region is a very basic event, the condition that the entering unit is a hero is equally basic and the game message is the most basic action that exists in the world editor.

Here is a tip: do not upload maps at the hive... for a least another year.
