I actually for some reason don't think it's funny at all. It seems to me that he is some homeless veteran suffering from some kind of mental disorder caused by his time in the army. Now yeah... He could be doing it for fun, but that seems extremely less likely. I think rather then laughing at this poor man, we should all send him money to put him through psychiatric care.
