changing unit to hero skills

hey, i took the roar skill from bears and changend it to hero skill: true, imported different icon, effect and so onbut hero cant use it, i can click on it ingame but nothing happens, no animation or effect. what do i have to change else? ty for help

the ability should work right after you convert it into a hero spell.

make a new ability based on it and begin with every step one by one and see where it breaks

EDIT:

i tested myself and i did the following.

1. convert it to a hero ability,
2.set levels to 3
3. modify what it gives every level
4. add the ability to a unit

works fine
