Changing the Sizes of Shadow Mid Game.

I'm new to map making. I just wanted to ask if its possible to change the size of shadows to fit units that changes size in game. If so, how? Thanks for the responses.

If you use Bear Form or metamorphosis to change the unit I believe it would inherit the shadow size from whatever it transforms into. Otherwise no, setting the unit's scale won't change its shadow size.

A dummy shadow unit could be used that gets replaced and tracks the current unit but I doubt it is very efficient.

This is where StarCraft II's real time shadows automatically solve the problem.

There is a way to have the shadow of a unit as image handle.
There is no way to change the size of an image but you might be able to replace it with a slightly larger version of it.
