Hello,

As you can see in the picture; how do I change the attributes of the item? WorldEditor or Jass, any works; need a way to change its attributes such as strength, agility etc

For item activation such as; heal 35% of your missing HP, I know that should be in Jass, but does that apply ''+35 strength'' as well?

For passive adding strength, just use a custom ability.
It's under Abilities->Items->Hero Strength Bonus (or something like that)

Add that ability to your item.
For the healing, trigger it. Doesn't need jass.

Use a custom dummy ability, check for when it's used in the trigger editor, and set health of triggering unit to:
unit - set health of triggering unit to: current Health of triggering unit + (max health of triggering unit * 0.35)
