Hello, I would like to know how the initial size of a window that opens.

Example: Uploading an icon to Hive -> the window is very small and only shows two of many BTN, DISBTN, ...

If I could change the initial size, it would speed up the progress and it wouldn't get on my nerves.

Is there anywhere a setting how I can change that, or generally, how to change the initial size of any software/tool/browser ?

Three ways spring to mind.
1. Write the program/site to have a larger window. Usually it is a property of the "window" one can set programmatically.
2. Alter the program/site with the above. For programs you can use an assembly editor or for websites a proxy.
3. For sites you can probably write a browser plugin to alter window size.

If it is a problem with this site try reporting it as a bug or discussing it in site discussion as a potential usability improvement.
