Is there a way to change cliff-type from a different terrain set?

For instance: Ashenvale cliff-types changed into Dalaran cliff-types?

Thanks a lot in advance :)

When you choose the main tile while creating a map you permanently choose what kind of cliffs you want in your map.

The only way to change cliffs without creating a new map is to import a cliff tile and use right tile path.

Ah, I see. Thanks a lot. Before I try it out, is there anything to be aware of? Any bugs or issues I might run into?

Yes. Cliff tiles comes more or less in two variations. The Icecrown Brick Wall and Sunken Ruins Temple Wall are one category and all other cliffs are another category.

If I recall correctly.
Icecrown and Sunken Ruins uses 512x512 cliff size and the others use 256x256. When you look in the skin section be sure to check the size of the skin.

Edit:
Examples:

Works for all cliffs that are not Icecrown Brick Wall or Sunken Ruins Temple Wall.

Only properly works for Icecrown Brick Wall and Sunken Ruins Temple Wall.
