Changing Building Resource Cap

So, having a problem and cannot figure out how to change the lumber cap of a building from 100,000. Trying to make a building cost around 200,000 lumber but its reverting to 100,000. How do I fix this? Thank you for all replies.

Hold Shift - Enter, then fill in whatever number you want

But seriously why on earth would you need to have such huge numbers?

Maybe the structure is a once a game structure, like a wonder?

Do what Kino said, but I think you will have to use JNGP to work...
