It only takes 5 minutes or so with a graphic editor and war3 model editor. Depends on how complicated the texture is.

Soo, can you recolor original pandaren like the previous one, teal or multicolor nvm (with hat center if you can)

Though the texture from the top of the hat is also used for his toes for some reason.
I'll put two versions one with teamcolored toes, one with brown toes from slightly different part of the hat.
