Model Edit request [change flame color]

Hey guys im noob in modeling stuff. i tried to research on how to do this myself but i just cant seem to understand how to do it. I would really appreciate a little help from you guys. Can someone please kindly change the color of the flame in this model to purple.

i would like to use this in dota. this is firelord tinted to 000 but i guess you guys can already see that. all i want to change is the flame around his body / eyes / etc to the color purple just so it can match in with the skill i found for him. please +rep to anyone who helps im desperate

E: i edited the flame lord, then change it's texture to black, but i manage to maintain the armor, all the flame now is a deep purpleish flame
