[Spell] Change Fire Breath behavior?

A damage detection system that checks for the "on fire" buff could work, or you could trigger the whole effect using math to figure out who got hit and have the spell do no damage, no aoe, etc, but keep the animation. In either case, you'd figure out who got hit and then trigger all of the effects using dummy units.

Fixed.

Experimenting went well.
Easier than I thought. As long as the two custom abilities and their respective buffs are based on the spells and buffs for Fire Breath and Drunken Haze, and I don't mess with the order strings/ability ID, it all works just fine.
