change color of waterfall + rep

how do i change color of waterfall im using felwood tilset and i cant change its still yellow some how.

Edit the doodad's red/green/blue stats?

Yeah, the tinting would be the only way to change that, I don't think changing water color would change it because its a doodad..

No that doesn't work for waterfalls if you want a blue one use the one from Sunken Ruins
just press D in normal WE and then you can select Doodad Categories .
Only from the different tiles they have different colors
