Chain Lightning will Stun/Slow in addition

I am wondering, that is it possible to make chain lightining slow/stun targets it hits on Object editor.

Also, you cant make phoenix fire with negative values, but is it possible to make spell like this(passive spell, heals allied units), another way on object editor?

I have tried adding the chain lightning Buffs, and phonix fire deals damage all the way, even the DoT.

Well, its a hero skill, a passive one, which heals allies units when they are struck with Phoenix fire.

That is not possible to do in object editor either.
