I think if we change the attacks for the orc grunt plus picking the idle ones, the model would go from good to great.
I'm not a fan of the defense attack tho.

It is a modified footman, i kept the defend animations so people could attach their own shield. They are not meant to be used without a custom shield attachment.

You mean the "A fairly 'simple' model. But still useful enough to release." part? Well it is just a rewrapped footman with furion legs, a magnataur head and the ogre's club. So it is a fairly simple edit.

I work on two or three different maps, on and off, so whenever i feel like working on it again I will. The creators problem, too many projects, never finish any of them.

Yeah its very useful for some prehistoric maps and ice ages whatsoever "weird but creative and useful" , my enthusiasm got me again, what I find it funny is the head. Sorry ma boi Magnataur. HAHA

I think its good also to use Ogre's Bare-Feet but that's just my opinion.

You might want to make a whole set of caveman units. It's a good concept - especially if you use forest/ice troll animations for rock throwing. I like it.

Please change the death sound. The footman death sound does not really fit. Maybe the ogre one will do.

Hey there!, i used your model on my map "Caveman War v1.0", credits were properly given.

Regarding the death sound, i opened the model on magos editor and changed it to the centaur's death sound, i hope you don't mind. (i also made a hero-glow version for my map)

I suggest the centaur sound set for a unit based on this model

I got ideas long ago to make variants : Stone thrower, spearman, assegai hunter, basic worker, primitive structure etc
But yeah of course i got too many demands for models until i can model too (or enslave someone hehehe).
