My latest terrain. I'm not really satisfied with the lighting. Enjoy.

Update:
Changed the lighting, fixed the water and some other minor stuff. Added 2 versions, I couldn't tell what was better.

Update2:
Fixed the forest, added life to the water and slightly fixed the lighting.

That background could've been great if the lighting wasnt as intense as it currently is. And yes, the second one is clearly the better, I frankly got shocked when I saw that the lighting was MORE intense in the third one than in the second one. But that really isnt the largest problem.

Let's start with what really needs improvement; the forest on the left side, it REALLY looks unatural. You got to work on the trees, make them more detailed and more natural. I suggest a good approach would be to use that Shrub model that looks like a small tree (forgot the name) as branches growing from the trunk of those trees, and some more detailed fur on the top. (more varied even)

Then I suggest you do something about the forest floor, it looks very spammed, many of the bushes or small trees or what they are look nearly static even. I'd suggest you mix in some more colours to it, flowers possibly? As for the water, that simply needs more life, in terms of plantlife.

Else than that I think the terrain looks good enough.

The forest seems almost like its not, well, "rooted" in. The big trees really just aren't doing their job well. But otherwise I think it's pretty good.
