Casting abilities without Clicking

Also called Fast cast, Smart cast, Auto cast, etc. Is it possible ? A target ability (like Shockwave [Target Point] or Hammer Bolt [Single Target, the one that stuns, Human ability]) to be casted without needing cliking the target by simply going the mouse direction ?

Can be achieved with Trackables but may not be the best solution if your map is large. Look at the 2nd GIF of my sig.

Commonly known as "quick cast".

Trackables solves it but it's really heavy at init. I really wouldn't use it.
