Can't use it!

Woahh... My map, i dunno why, i don't do anything just when I use the first set of terrainig tools, like shallow water doesn't work, click on the ground, nothing happens. But the second toolset work, applying raise, or noise.

What's happening?

Well, only thing I can think off is, that you already reached the deepest point of the map, so you can't go deeper (with cliff down, water and apply high lower), but then the rest should work.
