Cant get a skin to work

Ive been trying to use the villager in a tux skin but something is wrong with th path. This is the one im using
Units\Critter\VillagerMan\villagermale.blp
if its not th right one please tell me and if it is please tell me how to fix it.

The right path is Units\Critters\VillagerMan\VillagerMale.blp

Or it could be Units\Critters\VillagerMan1\VillagerMale1.blp
