Hello, I'm in the middle of making a map, however, when I tried to go into the map (not through test map) its not in its folder.

Using Newgen, I run on Windows 7.

Map name is currently B4IC (UNPROTECTED)

@pOKe - it doesn't need to be in downloads folder

@radicool - I think that's if you use Test map... because mine was Maps\

Be sure you are saving it in the Maps folder or in a subfolder inside maps folder...

as for max length, I think its 32 characters and follow daffa's post to know how wc3 counts length...

and make sure you have been able to save the map without problems/errors...

Also, check if the map is actually saved and created... if it doesn't, make sure you enable admin privilages for your NewGen...

Options:
- You accidentally deleted map. Go check your Recycle bin
- Long map or file name. If either of those two are long it will not show up.
- Only the admin can access that file (Only in Windows 7 I do know this happens)

This option has been said so maybe this:
- Its either in the Compatibility files location. If there is a button Compatibility Files tab button there, click it and see again on the folder you know you saved it. (I do know this is at Windows 7 only too or correct me if I am wrong)

EDIT: 3.8k post...lol!
