upload here an aura or model that would make a map lag or use a lot of resources? maybe because its too elaborated, has too many polys or moves too fast? thx

A very fast way to crash the game would be to create a unit with a hero inventory and give it a tome or any item that increases agility, intelligence and/or strength. The game should immediately crash after this because units do not have attributes. I should know. It happened to me once >.<.

If you want to antagonize a certain player, just show them a blank dialog. They will be forced to restart Warcraft to get out of the map, and this would only work for the players that you want.

I wonder if there is a way to make the map lag a lot for only one player... perhaps by creating 100+ units at a point and hiding them for every player but one using GetLocalPlayer().
