How to make a campgain cinematic, like when you complete the quest it fades in, then out and the cinematic is in that area, shud i remove all the units in that area and then summon the ones for cinematic or what?
You need to learn basics about triggering. It's better to learn this by yourself. However, here's an example of a cinematic from The Chosen Ones campaign:

There's a test button in the Trigger Editor for cameras, it shows how will things go in-game, still it does NOT show everything, like units creation, hiding actions, still very useful to if things are going the right direction.
Yeah, use it. You also need to have good imagination how things will go in the cinematic. Like imagine how things will go when you code the cinematic, that's what I do!
Then afterwards test what you have, fix few bugs there and there, and be proud of your cinematic!
