how to change the way the camera slides ? some maps it is slight different from the war3 default one.

you mean the slickness of sliding when you pull your mouse cursor to the side?(The way it slows down and speeds up)

There is a GUI action for that afaik, but I dont remember which one. It is one of the camera fields for sure

What you are looking for is the function to set the camera smoothing factor.
