Button Placement in game.

Hi fellow members, I need help on knowing how to fix the buttons on maps.
The buttons I refer to are the spell icons, how do I place them properly when the Heroes are learning it or has already acquired it?

Did you set the numbers correctly in the object editor?

[0,0] [1,0] [2,0] [3,0] - typically learn ability placement

[0,1] [1,1] [2,2] [3,1] - typically bonus/sub ability placement.

[0,2] [1,2] [2,2] [3,2] - typically ability placement

Nope, and I don't know where those are. I'm still quite new to the World Editor and don't know where things are and how are they.
