Bullet time

There may be a trigger that slows game speed.

If you want to simulate bullet time/matrix, heres some suggestios :

Make some sort of timed evasion (for bullet dodging)
Make a speed/attack rate booster (so you have an advantage in slow motion)
Make certain special moves only useable in bullet time
 
Not matrix, exactly, but follow the link on the post and you should see what I am talking about. It is actually part of the "Madness Interactive" thing they have there. I am thinking of making a custom model for it. (my first real model!)
That's a great idea with the game speed thing. I was thinking of that too. I want the guy to be able to dodge bullets easier in bullet time (they will not be homing projectiles.) if anyone else knows a better way to do it, just tell me i guess.
