[Spell] Bugged editor? spell help

[Zerathus]

Hi guys it's me again.I have big bug with my spells.You know I've done command aura and mana burn passive + attribute bonuses.But if my hero take first mana burn and then command aura it get's buged and mana burn from 4th level downgrade to 2nd level.Anybody know why?

Maybe there's something wrong on mana burn's tooltip.
