[Trigger] Buffs in triggers?

How i can add buffs to triggers? I can find only "remove buffs" command

You could make an "item" ability and add an buff to that, then u add the ability to your hero?

You can't add buffs with triggers. You have to add an ability that gives buffs such as an aura or have a dummy unit cast an ability on the unit that gives it a buff.
