Buff house

Hello my friends,

So I'm really bad triggerer, so I need your help!

I've tried to make buff house by myself this how it should work but didn't worked for me!

A unit/hero enters region, he gets buff(bloodlust) for some seconds, then that region is removed for ~30-60 seconds after this time region is bringed back you can enter that region again and get buffed again!

Hope you could understand me! PLZ DEMO MAP! +REP and credits will be added!
