Jungle troll voodooist or witch doctor! Tas'dingo! 
I was inspired from Grendel's Troll Conjurer model, so it can be used for it!
Changes:
-Remade the whole icon
-Removed background
-Fixed minor things
-Changed tusks color and shadow
Give me credits if u use it in your map\campaign and don't edit it without my permission! 'njoy!

I think it looks a bit too cartoony, could be due to the small amount of shading making it look quite flat. It doesn't go with other unit-icons unless you made hundreds of these, so would look quite out of place in normal maps, I'd suggest making it look more like normal unit Icons rather than this cartoony style you have going here

Yes, please add more shading and various colors, then it will be much better. It is a bit cartoonish. Anyway, it is not bad, but it needs a bit correction. Good luck.

anyways, the back of the neck needs shading. you might also try cropping off the shoulders and maybe more of the neck as they are not really adding anything interesting to the icon. i also do not see anything voodoo about this. this could be remedied by any sorts of means, a bone ear piercing, a face paint, a feather in hair etc etc etc.
