Those are more like meteors, as mentioned above.

I really do like this; it's your best so far. I'm surprised to be saying this, but I think I'm giving it a 4/5, and I think this one will actually be approved, granted that it checks out and isn't a CnP.

Wow! Icons with falling thing such as rocks, meteors, ice e.t.c. usualy go towards the down left part of the icon (like blizzard spell icon does). This icon is really something nice and different.

It looks cool, espcecially the variation of the yellow colors.
I think you should add a bit bright yellow color to make it better. 5/5

I think the icon is not converted 100% quality, it somehow seems to have pixels or something - its not sharp.

Better. Now you have to make the objects stand out from the background. Using the same colour is a no-go, it causes the object(s) and background to merge with each other.
