Cartoony isn't an issue if you look at the rest of the Warcraft art style. It is cartoony, and that's good. If anything I think some heavy dark outlines would help bring it in line with the style of the other art.

Don't get me wrong, I couldn't do this well, but perfecting the style to match existing icons can be tricky.
