The leaves and hand are out of proportion. The hand seems to not even be connected to the arm. The leaves are just weird and don't seem to even follow the hand's movement.

I know why. it suposed to be a shoulder, but I made it a hand with leafs . I just fixed the leafs.

I thought it was the end of an arm and then the hand.
Anyways, the leaves are just not facing the right direction, and are in general too cluttered. The most upper one looks like it wouldn't even be able to be there, it seems irealistically floating.

Also, you just made it less sharp? :S
Or the second one is the new version?

Just FYI, I love the icon, it looks nice, but I just believe it could be improved.
I will rate this 4\5 for now. Improve it a little and you'll get a 5\5, and rep.

The hand looks wrong.. It's too small and it looks like as if it belongs to a baby or something. Small, puffy and kind of clumsy-looking.
If you want to improve it, You should make the fingers more mage-ish. Longer, thinner.
The leaves ... as someone else said - they are out of proportion. The one at the top shouldn't be there. The whole thing doesn't look elegant enough to be a mage's hand.
As thou it's not a mag casting the healing spell. More probably a baby orc

Make it more elegant. That's what you should do in my opinion.

If I give you .psd and you see the hand, you all will stop saying "hand is wrong". If you dont see something it doesnt mean it is wrong. I gues leafs are just not on right place and I need to warp those. That why I made one more version to ask people if it is better, but everyone just continue to noticing wrong things I did and ignoring changes.

Worked on it more, resized, warped, added nails also...

naaaah. looks great. nice proportions. the leaves make it look night elf-ish. I like the healing light and the shadings. say what you want, but I thinks this hand looks very realistic. An icon of quality á la NFWar.
