If you're wondering how this was created it I used this penicil sketch as a base then edited, added colour and applied textures from this concept artwork by blizzard in photoshop to get this unique updated version of Maiev.

One of the things that annoyed me with the WC3 and wow images of Maiev was how masculine they made her look and in some artwork she looks like a cyborg lady, so I made this from a variation of art sources to give people a more feminine version.

So, the two images used to create this was taken, was the two images from two other people? Did you have permission?
Because I didn't see any blizzard stamp on either of those images.

Well, if he applied freehand is all fine and dandy, but he linked two two artworks, he didn't specify if they were his. He justed stated that he used them and photoshop.
It's not really a conclusive proof. A larger image of the icon in question would've been a plus though and one or two work in progress version of the same icon and bam, no worries.

We're not wondering how you made the icon, we're needing a proof that you made it. A big image perhaps? The icon is really really good that's why I'm skeptical about this.

I still don't understand why ppl get so salty about any of these, is not like the artist is getting paid for uploading and creating content in the hive, he already proved the work is his and no one is here claiming that it was stolen from somewhere so wtf?
