enjoy: The anatomy is really off. Also, the head is just kind of floating there, and it could use a background. Also, lacks details, highlights and shading. It also needs to be sharpened up. Also, the fire needs to be reworked, since the color is too solid, and needs more colors in it.
I suggest that you practice more, and start over. It takes time to learn, Best of luck!

Obviously, Sin'dorei300 wanted to encourage you a bit, but you know very well that the shape is not so good.
You must to improve the shape and define it better.
As it is now, besides the fact that it's enough blur, hardly seems to be a dragon head (jaws are crazy comic, sorry), seems more like a kind of weird smiley mask.
