I really like this one, it does look like wc3-style & the usefulness is huge. It's a little empty though, maybe some smaller lightning in the background should do it. 4/5

It looks like you used the lightning-picturetube-tool in jasc paint shop pro

It was done with linetool and a soft big airbrush for the glow, small hard airbrush for the ball and smaller sparks.
