It looks good but haven't you already made many similar books? There exists originality general resource rule and if resources are very similar to existing ones they may be sent to substandard on basis of not being unique enough. I certainly won't reject it cos of that, but keep that rule point in mind for future works.

I'd say cover page looks fine, but other pages aren't shaded properly. You can also try adding glowing sort of effect (maybe purple) to the letters to have them be in focus a bit more.

Edit: I finished it up, I tried the purple letters you suggested but it honestly didn't look right at all.

You can leave out letter glow, but shading of white pages needs to be fixed.

Well it looks ok in my opinion. As I said, usually these sort of book icons get more interesting by adding sort of effect, like the glowing letter cliche, but ok. It's good for approval.
