Boss Spells without order?

I am curious if there is a way to have a boss cast spells that arent in the order the spell I want him to cast is based off channel it is a custom spell curtosy of mr. bean and I am wondering if this can be done via gui triggering since I am not very smart when it comes to jass yet because the boss will not cast the spell on his own no matter what even if you just stand there while he wails on you

Change the base order id of the ability, then you can use the respective gui actions to cast the spell.

If you set the base order id to stormbolt, then use the Human Mountain King - Storm Bolt gui action.
