By the way, chest and origin are usually not bones, they are attachment points. If you want to name a newly created attachment point, you can call it chest second or something like that.

I want an attachment point, which is between the origin and the chest, cuz chest is too high, and origin is too low
I don't want to create one myself, just wanna use an exsisting one.
Why do you need an attachment point between origin and chest? My guess is that you want to attach a specific model to his chest, but the attachment point is too high. If that's the case you can either lower the height of the existing chest attachment point or create a new one that will only serve for attaching that specific model. As Emm-A- already mentioned, you can do this in Model Editor's Node Manager. It is really simple and takes less than a minute. Read this tutorial for more information.
