Blood Elf campaign - level 3

Again, a minor thing, but it appears the intent is to have all weapon/armor upgraded to level 3, but the Archers you rescue do not have their attack upgraded at all. Probably Black Gunpowder is upgraded instead of Steel Arrowheads by mistake. Steel Swords, Steel Plating, and Leather Armor are all upgraded to maximum.
