I hardly doubt that they make another RTS for a while, cause they are doing Starcraft already.

I can almost guarantee will be Diablo, but, remember when Blizzard fused with activision? They have not made a game together yet (correct me if I'm wrong). Maybe they will work together and make a Diablo PS2/PS3/Xbox360/Xbox/Wii/PC game.
