Recently, we have received an increasing amount of feedback from our customers in regard to the probable copyright infringement of Diablo, Diablo II, Starcraft, Warcraft II: Battle.net Edition, Warcraft III and World of Warcraft products (each, a "Program") on the Internet. We here at Blizzard share the concerns that many gamers are voicing. In this regard, we have contacted one of your users in connection with the aforementioned site and the infringement of Blizzard intellectual property.

Please note that all title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to each Program and any and all copies thereof (including, but not limited to, any titles, computer code, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialog, catch phrases, locations, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, any related documentation, and "applets" incorporated into a Program) are owned by Blizzard Entertainment or its licensors. Each Program is protected by the trademark and copyright laws of the United States, international copyright treaties and conventions, and other laws. Blizzard reserves all rights in each Program, except those rights granted by Blizzard in writing. Each Program contains certain licensed materials, and Blizzard's licensors may protect their rights or rely on Blizzard to protect those rights in the event of any violation of the end user license agreement and copyright law.

As part of our effort to protect all proprietary rights related to Diablo, Diablo II, Starcraft, Warcraft, Warcraft II: Battle.net Edition, Warcraft III and World of Warcraft, we would like you to promptly remove all materials infringing onand/or all materials which allow others to infringe on the copyrights and/or trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment's products from the aforementioned site which you host or disable access to such site. This includes any unauthorized software, artwork, images, sounds or derivative works thereof that may be on the aforementioned site. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you would communicate this request to those individuals involved in the creation and maintenance of your web site.

Please be advised that at this time you have forty eight (48) hours in which to comply with our request otherwise we will be forced to pursue formal action. We would like to thank you in advance for choosing to work with us in a unified effort to promote the integrity of our games and the well being of our online gaming community.

Hello Anti-Piracy Team!
One thing I would like to tell you.
Everyone who play warcraft a lot has a problem sometimes. It can be
soo annoying. Cause the game says: please insert the original disc
instead of a backup copy. This annoys people. So I uploaded this crack
to make people play without CD.
But the amounts of sold Warcraft games wont decrease cause people need
those CD-keys also. This crack just helps people playing your game
what's wrong about that?
I think you waste your time by looking at a crack. Maybe you should
try removing dupe and other more annoying things. Things that make
people annoyed. Being desperate of getting rid of maphack in diablo is
a waste of time but in Warcraft it would be fine with me
I just think that it's strange you complain over a small crack.
Everyone on my website is on my website because they have played on
bnet and people who play on bnet has bought the game.
But if you still don't accept the crackfile, I remove it. Actually I
already did that.

They replied, I don't really understand their language. Is that english???

its looks automated and isnt specific to what your wrote, basically it says we own the copyright and we can do what we want with it, and we dont want you doing what your doing (it isnt specifc to your no-cd thing)

hey guys can someone please send me the 1.18 no cd crack PLEASE i need it so bad or give me a good site where as soon as a new ver of warcraft comes out they put the no-cd crack straight on the site there used ot be one called www.wc3net.com it was heaps good as soon a a patch came out they would have made the crack already but now that its closed down i cant find one neone help me please

How to make your own "crack":
Download Alchol 120% & Daemon Tools;
Using Alchol 120%, make an image of either your RoC or TFT CD (using securom 4.x/5.x settings);
Mount the image to a virtual drive uisng daemon tools and emulate securom.

Done! It's what I use. My TFT cd is already cracked, so I kinda had too. Plus, you only have to do this once, no need for repeating the process for each patch.

I actually think that this isn't illegal as long as you don't burn anything or give the disc to a friend so he can play too or something like that

Nobody has ever gotten banned over it, there's no risk of cd-key loggers, and I don't have to risk using my seriously scratched war3 cd. Good enough for me!

yeah.. I will too.. cause its so frustrating when I accidentically press the button that opens my drive and then I close it and warcraft installation starts...
It's on my notebook.. the rightside has a very big button :S
