Blinking Death: How?

So, you've all played Ultimate Footmen, and its likely you've either played, or had to play against the Angel of Vengeance. In any case, he's got this spell called blinking death, in which he teleports around to a certain number of units and doing a certain amount of damage to each. Problem is, I have so many ideas as to how to do this, yet no idea where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

yeah, which means you can take the omnislash found in this site's resources and modify it to your needs

I've played ultimate footmen, but I can't think of the ability you are talking about.
