Blank Screens

Hey, i'm having trouble taking screenshots.
When i press "print screen" everything goes as normal: "Screen Captured" text appears on the screen and the file appears in the screenshots folder, but the problem is that the screenshot is plain black.

Anyone else ever suffered from this? Thanks in advance.
