Warcraft 3 Black screen with no sound. The game is on, but in the task manager disappears and comes back again constantly

I have problem. I started the game via battle.net and I got an infinite load. In Task Manager, the game appears as an active process and then disappears. At the same time in the background it is not there.

It got worse. Now it's just a black screen with no sound. The game is open, but in the task manager it disappears and then appears. There is no game in the background tasks

When you click on Print Screen, it says "Screenshot taken".

Reinstalling the game, launching in windowed mode, and updating drivers did not lead to anything. Running the game through windows command line also, as well as checking and restoring the game files. Prior to this, Warcraft 3 Reforged had been running stable since the closed access period when I pre-ordered it.
I was planning to make a campaign, but nothing is working due to this error above.

Oh damn I had a similar problem recently and spent like 5 hours debugging it, I think I fixed it by setting the game to launch with compability mode for Windows 7 (or Vista??)
But cheking it now, I dont have any compabiltiy mode and it works... so it might not help
