Black Winter: Interface Russian snowy themed

My project Black Winter is nearly finished but its missing good interface now im not sure along the lines of what people need for interface clarification but here goes nuttin'

I need a almost orc style theme kinda wooden russian themed maybe snow on it with perhaps a hammer and sycle where the clock is (behind the clock) maybe cloth on the actual interface something russian themed i couldnt managed to find anything from other games that matched but right now i just need someone willing to do the interface
