I am currently working on the map that needs a significant amount of vision available to the user at times. I first fixed the terrain fog then I run into this:

In the editor it is easily solved, but how do I remove it in the actual game? I only need to move it back 2000-3000.
+rep for any working solutions.

Well not sure how/if you can do that, but one solution might be to shrink the scale of everything so you don't have to move the camera back so far.

well, first this is the default for any world editor , so to make it a little better you can change the sky image and also try making the map bigger and set a trigger so if the camera leaves a certain area of the map move it back but block the portion of the map with a pathing blocker.

Ok: Map is huge. No help
Camera isn't an option. It is sorta third person, So I have no real options in that respect.....
Sky is currently Lordaron Summer - note it cannot be seen due to black, which covers some land and the sky.

Its view distance (or called something simlar), it should be adjustable via a trigger of some kind during gameplay or via holding the alt and scrolling while in the editor.

Be warned that this will drastically increase the render load of WC3 as more gets rendered, and if set to very large values will most likly lag every gamming computer on earth if the camera is viewing from one edge of a map diagonally to another and the map has a huge number of doodads, destructables and other graphics.
