Black Spots On My Map?

Well, i created a new map, and needed my friend to do some items for me. When i got it back, the idiot had somehow colored half of the map "black" with fog i couldn't remove? How do it remove it?

That is Boundary.

Use ''Remove Boundary'' Tool in Terrain Palette.
If this doresn't work, go to Scenario -> Map Size and Camera Bounds (click on Arrow Key buttons in window that popped up)
