Billboard images

This is probably going to sound wierd to explain.

I want to have an image on the screen but unlike the Image - Create function I want it to be flat on the screen, not to be flat on the map.

I suppose an example is looking at the cursor on the screen.

I know you can do the cinematic filter thing but I want to be able to set the coordinates of the image on the screen.

Hmm I don't think this is possible via GUI. I am not good in JASS but I think there is a solution for it in JASS. Unfortunatly I don't know it.

only possible with filters
you make a big image and put your little image on right coordinate on it then use it as filter
sadly it disables tooltips as I know but there should be a solution for that
